Preetam, Thats why we have Wikipedia. But then Encarta is used in many schools and the information provided by it is taken seriously.
If Microsoft can ship Windows TO India with the wrong map of Kashmir, anything is possible.
Maybe the author saw the movie “Venkalam” and decided that the practice still exists?
