Shopping on Rediff

I have been trying to order some books from Rediff Shopping. I added few books to my cart and kept browsing for other books. After a while I was told that my session expired and my cart was empty. And this was not as an anonymous user. I had logged in with a user id.

Rediff still has not understood the idea of online shopping. People do not come with a prepared list and order everything in 1 min or less. If I add something to my cart, I might leave that session, come back later and continue.

Rediff sucks, no customer service, they don't deliver the order, no contact number. they just take the order and forget about it after charging the credit card. Don't buy from them. Customer service doesn't even reply to emails.

Even I have ordered Rakhi & just imagine it was not delivered even on the Day of Rakhi

These rediff guys give wrong commitments.

They have NO customer support.

Dinu:

Hello,

Rencently, for the first time i did shopping in rediff.com and had such a worst experence for doing shopping online.

Rediff.com company is bad at customer satisfaction and the pitty is they dont even have a proper customer suport center and they have not even published the contact number for further correspondance.

I wanted to gift my friend on birthday and still the item is not been delivered and the payment is already been done for the same. There is no point in delivering the gift on someother day than on birthday.
